Feedback on job applications? Now there’s a thought!!

Yes, we hear you.

We know what it’s like to sit and send off applications for job after job and hear…………. nothing. We started Workible as frustrated jobseekers ourselves so helping you has always been part of our mission.

Our recent jobseeker survey highlighted that most of you want some feedback – ANY feedback – on job applications so that you can increase your chances – but employers just don’t have the time – or the inclination – to do something about it.

So we did. TA DA! Announcing Workible’s Skills Gap Analysis.

As from Wednesday, Workible will be the only platform anywhere that’s able to give you feedback on every job application for Workible Jobs.

We’ve spent the last year trying to work out how – and working on the technology that analyses not only job ads but also candidates hired and previous hiring patterns – down to specific roles and companies – so that we can give you more information about what you need to have in your profile/CV to get on the shortlist.

So now, when any job on Workible is de-activated, if you’ve applied you’ll get an email showing you what you might be missing and also how you compared to shortlisted candidates – and with recommendations about what you might be able to do about it.

Over the coming months, you’ll be able to go over previous jobs too – and also see what you need even BEFORE you apply for a job. Cool, huh?
