It’s well known that your candidates are often your best customers, and providing a poor candidate experience can mean losing a valuable customer. After conducting our survey, we found that the biggest reason a candidate wants to work for you is because they love your product, food or service. Our survey also found that 46% of candidates that have a poor experience with your company will have an effect on whether or not they will continue to buy from you.

Now that it’s been officially confirmed that your candidates are most likely also your customer — what would you do different in your recruitment process to retain a valuable customer?
